5-Online Multiple-Choice Examination

Participants complete the online multiple-choice examination through the NEBOSH Online Assessment Platform.

The learner is required to complete the assessments within 4 months from the registration date 

6-Results and Certification

Participants who successfully complete the examination will be awarded the official NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management.

The programme consists of a single assessment:

PSM1: Online Multiple-Choice Examination

✔ Pass mark: 60% (24 correct answers)

✔ Examination duration: 90 minutes

✔ Must be completed within a 24-hour assessment window

✔ Online remote proctoring is applied

The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management is credit-rated at SCQF Level 7 by Qualifications Scotland. This level is comparable to RQF Level 4 and equivalent to A-Level standard in the United Kingdom.

There are no formal entry requirements for this training programme. However, it is recommended that participants have a basic understanding of occupational health and safety. Training and assessments are available in English only. NEBOSH recommends that participants have an English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher.

✔ All assigned tasks and activities must be completed within the specified timeframes.

✔  The delivery of the printed certificate to the learner’s address within Türkiye is included in the fee and is sent by insured delivery. If the learner wishes the certificate to be sent to an address outside Türkiye, collection of the certificate from the NTSS address must be arranged by the learner, and all related costs are the learner’s responsibility.

✔ Examinations cannot be postponed or cancelled after the final registration date.
